Reservation Policies
We are currently accepting reservations for stays up to 13 months in advance.
On the first of each month, we will begin accepting reservations for the entire month of the following year. For example, on August 1, 2008, we will accept reservations through August 31, 2009. Please be sure to include a billing address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address to expedite a response. Remember to always provide complete information on any correspondence.
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- Rates are quoted on a per night basis (minimum night stays may be required).
- Rates are subject to local taxes. Current tax rate is 12%.
- All rates subject to a $2.50 per room, per night Energy Surcharge.
- All lodging rates and tax rates are subject to change.
- Rates may vary during holidays and blackout periods.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. for both The Inn and The Ranch.
- Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. for both The Inn and The Ranch.
Deposits
We require a deposit on each room, which is the total of your first night plus tax and Energy Surcharge. Credit cards are charged at the time reservations are made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Carte Blanche.
Cancellations
To receive a refund of your deposit, reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date. After that time, deposits are non-refundable.
Additional Charges
Additional adults are $20.00 per person per night. Roll-a-ways are an additional $20.00 per night (roll-a-ways are not available in Cabin units at the Ranch or Hillside rooms at the Inn). Maximum guests at the Inn are 2-5 per room, depending on room type. Maximum guests at the Ranch are 5 per room, 4 per cabin.
Groups
Minimum of 10 rooms per night are required for group considerations. For more information regarding groups please visit the Group Services section of this site.
Pets
Sorry, no pets are allowed. Please contact Stovepipe Wells Village at 760-786-2387 for accommodations within the park where pets are allowed.
